As lawmakers hope President Donald Trump will join efforts to create more transparency around government information on UFOs, they are also turning their attention to strange sightings in and around the ocean. Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., is one of a bipartisan group of lawmakers pushing the Pentagon for more information on alleged secret programs regarding UFOs. Several high-profile whistleblowers have come forward with allegations of secret programs, recovered UFO technology, and even alleging the government has remains of non-human intelligence. He is concerned not just about unexplained objects in the air but also those in the ocean. Burchett pointed out that many UFO encounters pilots have reported have been over the deep oceans, and there have been reports of things diving into the water. Much of the world's oceans remain unexplored, which Burchett noted would make an appealing location for any entity trying to go unnoticed. "You would go where you would be least disturbed," he said. Burchett said Navy officials who have broached the subject with him suggested the existence of five or six underground bases. Burchett says he will be meeting with the president soon, and it is one subject he hopes to discuss. "It still just bothers me that our government won't come forward with it," Burchett said. "I am part of the government, and I don't trust it. You have to ask yourself, why are we being told to keep quiet? Why the secrecy?"

Since May of this year, Marco Rubio has served in a dual role as President Donald Trump's National Security Advisor and Secretary of State. As such, it is significant that Rubio believes that elements within the US government have recovered technology from a nonhuman intelligence, reverse-engineered it, and let private military contractors take control of it in ways that could be undermining national security and result in a Pearl Harbor-like event. "The real risk in transferring technology that is not useful to us today to a corporate entity over decades," says Rubio, "is that the corporate entity comes to basically possess and control access to it for their own purposes, not for the purposes of national security." Rubio directly references aliens in the context of government secrecy. "I think there's this assumption that presidents can walk into the Oval Office on day one and say, â€All right, take me to Roswell. Show me the alien bodies.' That really is a naive understanding of how our government works. Even presidents have often been operating on a need-to-know basis." "We have people that have very high clearances," said Rubio, "who have come forward with some claims about the US having in the past recovered exotic materials and then we reverse-engineered those materials to make advances in our own defenses and technologies. They signed agreements that they would face jail time, or [that] it would cost them their lives if they spoke out."

Director Dan Farah grew up with aliens. His documentary debut – The Age of Disclosure. Here, Farah makes the case that the United States has been hiding, for decades, a fount of information related to UAP (unidentified aerial phenomena) – the acronym rebrand of the stigma-ridden UFO. Making a point to "only interview people who have direct knowledge" of these programs from working within the US government was a north star for Farah. One of his early commitments came from Jay Stratton, a defense official who helped start AATIP. Stratton had an established career investigating UAP and non-human intelligence life on behalf of the government, and was responsible for briefing senior lawmakers in Congress and the White House. "I have seen with my own eyes non-human craft and non-human beings," he says plainly. After Stratton agreed to "break his silence" it ... convinced others to come forward. When the current secretary of state, Marco Rubio, agreed to take part. "Then next thing you know, General Jim Clapper was participating," Farah said of the former director of national intelligence under Barack Obama, who sat for an interview. The geopolitical arms race to reverse-engineer UAP technology is, Farah came to see, one of the biggest reasons behind the alleged cover-up. "You can't tell your friends without telling your enemies," Farah says. "Here we are now where the people who run our country are not aware of the facts."

The truth is out there – and late President George H.W. Bush apparently knew it – telling a federal official that an alien made contact with humans at a secretive New Mexico air base in 1964. Eric Davis, an astrophysicist who was a scientific advisor on the since-disbanded Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program ... claimed that Bush confirmed to him in a private conversation details of contact between the military and an alien creature at Holloman Air Force Base in Otero County. Bush told him that three spaceships were seen approaching the base and that an interstellar being emerged from one ship and had a face-to-face encounter with military and CIA officials, Davis said during an interview in "The Age of Disclosure," a documentary. "One of them landed on the tarmac and a non-human entity deboarded the craft that landed and interacted with uniformed Air Force and civilian CIA personnel," Davis claimed. "And when [Bush] asked for more details he was told that he did not have a need-to-know," he relayed. Davis claims in the film that alien bodies were recovered in Russia in 1988, pulled from the wreckage of a large tic-tac shaped UAP, or unidentified anomalous phenomena. Hal Puthoff, a former AATIP member, quantum physicist and longtime disclosure advocate, claimed there were several different types of ETs. "The bodies recovered are not all the same type," Puthoff said in the documentary, though he declined to detail them.

Aliens arrived on Earth thousands of years ago and may STILL be hiding in secret bases thousands of feet below the oceans' surface, according to a respected congressman. The amazing declaration by Rep. Tim Burchett was based on the extraordinary number of UFO sightings recorded by U.S. Navy personnel near "five or six" unspecified deep-water sites around the globe. Those sightings have prompted "a lot of questions" focusing on whether secret alien bases are hidden at sea, according to Burchett, who is a member of the House Oversight Committee investigating USO (unidentified submerged objects) reports. "We have naval personnel telling me that we have sightings," notes Burchett. The underwater crafts "they're chasing are doing hundreds of miles an hour, and the best we've got is something that does maybe just a little bit under 40 miles an hour," he said. His stunning comments are only the latest to raise the specter of aliens hiding on Earth. As far back as Christopher Columbus' 1492 voyage to the New World, sailors – and pilots in more recent times – have reported seeing mysterious crafts dramatically emerge from the oceans and soar into space. U.S. Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Alexandro Wiggins testified during a September 9 congressional hearing on UFOs that he was aboard the USS Jackson off the coast of Southern California in 2023 when a "self-luminous Tic Tac-shaped object emerged from the ocean before linking up with three other similar objects" right in front of him. "The orb then disappeared simultaneously with a high, synchronized, near-instantaneous acceleration," Wiggins testified.
Note: Did you know that 80% of our oceans remain unmapped and unexplored? Congressman Tim Burchett has stated that US Navy admirals have reported encounters with unidentified submerged objects (USOs) as large as a football field moving at speeds of up to 200 miles per hour underwater. If accurate, such performance would far exceed the capabilities of any known human-made submarine, which are limited by drag, pressure, and propulsion constraints in water. Don't miss our new video UFO Disclosure Explained: New Solutions for Humanity w/ Daniel Sheehan and Amber Yang.
A UFO reporting app has logged thousands of sightings of unidentified submersible objects, aka USOs, just off U.S. coasts, according to reports. The app Enigma, which bills itself as the largest "standardized repository of anomalous sightings," received reports on over 30,000 unidentified objects since its launch in 2022. While UFO and UAP sightings are traditionally thought of as mysteries of the sky, Enigma claims to have logged 9,000 sightings within 10 miles of U.S. shorelines or major bodies of water. UFOs and UAPs have become common acronyms in news headlines as members of Congress have called for more transparency on what the government knows – and doesn't know – about unidentified anomalous phenomena. The term "UFO" was added to the world's lexicon by the U.S. Air Force in 1952, just five years after the Roswell sighting. The term "UAP," or "unidentified anomalous phenomena," is used to describe unexplainable sights in the sky, not just unidentified flying objects. Members of Congress have led a bipartisan effort to investigate and declassify government documents containing information regarding such unidentified phenomena following the testimony of UFO whistleblower David Grusch, a former Air Force and intelligence officer, before a House Oversight subcommittee in July 2023. Grusch testified the U.S. is concealing a longstanding program that retrieves and reverse engineers unidentified flying objects.

A recent report by UFO-tracking app Enigma reveals that thousands of sightings of Unidentified Submersible Objects (USOs) have been logged near rivers, lakes, and oceans, suggesting that unexplained phenomena are not confined to the skies. Some of these objects reportedly rise from the depths or plunge into the water without leaving a splash, defying conventional physics. The sheer volume and consistency of these reports challenge traditional explanations for UFOs. While aerial sightings have long been treated skeptically, the underwater dimension adds a new layer of complexity. If verified, USOs could represent either highly advanced technology or an entirely unknown phenomenon, raising urgent questions about national security, scientific inquiry, and humanity's understanding of the natural world. Enigma, billed as the "largest queryable historical sighting database for global UFO sightings," has recorded over 30,000 reports since its launch in late 2022. While most detail aerial phenomena, the recent report highlights more than 9,000 USO sightings within 10 miles of U.S. shorelines or major bodies of water. Of these, 500 were reported within five miles of the coast, and over 150 involve objects hovering above or entering the water, sometimes accompanied by strange lights or unexplained movements. Retired Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet said objects capable of moving seamlessly between air and water could carry "world-changing" ramifications.

A group of military whistleblowers testified under oath that they've seen unidentified flying objects (UFOs) and accused the government of being part of a cover-up. GOP congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, who chairs the House Oversight and Government Reform's Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, chaired a panel Tuesday on unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs), another name for UFOs. Air Force veterans Jeffrey Nuccetelli and Dylan Borland, as well as Navy veteran Alexandro Wiggins, spoke at the hearing, along with journalist George Knapp, a prominent figure in the UFO disclosure community. Rep. Eric Burlison of Missouri showed the hearing mysterious, never-before-seen footage of "an orb or an unknown object" off the coast of Yemen on October 30, 2024, being struck by a Hellfire missile. The object continued on its trajectory after being struck by the missile. "That's a Hellfire missile smacking into that UFO and just bounce [sic] right off, and it kept going," said Knapp. "There's a server where there's a whole bank of these kinds of videos that Congress has not been allowed to see – that the public has not been allowed to see," Knapp added, hinting at a cover-up. Borland said he experienced "sustained reprisals" after blowing the whistle on unexplained sightings as a U.S. Air Force veteran. In 2012, Borland claimed he saw an "approximately 100ft equilateral triangle take off" from the Langley Air Force Base in Virginia where he was stationed.

Air Force veteran Dylan Borland testified publicly for the first time Tuesday that he became a whistleblower after facing retaliation, medical malpractice and workplace harassment following his reports of UAP encounters. Speaking before the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, Borland said the fallout damaged his career after he came forward about "experience with craft and technologies" that don't belong to the U.S. "The truth needs to be known," he said. "I am a federal whistleblower, having testified to both the Intelligence Community Inspector General and All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office." Borland worked at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia from 2011 to 2013, conducting 24/7 operations, when he encountered a 100-foot "triangle" flying near the base. "This craft interfered with my telephone, did not have any sound, and the material it was made of appeared fluid or dynamic," he said. Borland described seeing what he thought was a weather balloon while on a cigarette break one night. While taking a walk toward the unidentified light, Borland said he saw the light fly across the base and a triangle "manifest around the light." He said his phone overheated and died as he took in the strange phenomenon. "It was between one to two stories thick ... I could never see the top of it," he added. Borland also described the retaliation that he and others faced, which he said convinced him to come forward in March 2023.

In mid-2014, during training flights off the coast of Virginia Beach, Virginia, F/A-18 pilot and U.S. Navy Lieutenant Ryan Graves began to notice something strange. The radar returns looked off–phantom blips moving with unfathomable speed and precision. The objects on one occasion finally came into view. Graves reported seeing a dark gray or black cube inside a clear sphere, between five and 15 feet in diameter, coming within 50 feet of their jets. Over the next year, Graves's squadron recorded sightings of unidentified objects almost daily. Sometimes the objects flew in loose formations. Other times they traveled alone. They had no exhaust, no visible propulsion, no wings. Some of these craft–now classified as UAPs (unidentified anomalous phenomena)–appeared to be capable of transmedium travel, meaning they are able to move from air to sea without slowing, splashing, or emitting heat. They challenged every assumption held by aerospace engineers and radar operators. Since at least the 1950s, military sources have reported strange objects plunging into the ocean–what they call USOs (unidentified submerged objects). Today Graves is one of the most vocal advocates for UAP transparency. He's the founder of Americans for Safe Aerospace, the largest UAP-focused pilot safety initiative in the world. He doesn't claim that these craft are alien, but he's certain that they aren't using known human tech.

GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna told Joe Rogan she has viewed evidence of interdimensional beings on Earth. Luna, who leads a task force for the declassification of federal secrets ... joined Rogan on his eponymous podcast. While not viewing portals or UAPs herself, Luna said she had seen photographic evidence, historical evidence and spoken to Air Force pilots who alleged the Air Force was covering up UAP sightings. "There's definitely something that ... we don't know how to explain currently," Luna told Rogan. Luna added she believes there are interdimensional beings that "can operate through the timespaces that we currently have." She also believes that the U.S. has reverse-engineered technology to replicate crafts made by those who are not mankind. "Without getting into classified conversations, there have been incidences where I believe very credible people have reported that there have been movements outside of time and space," Luna said. "Based on the photos that I've seen, I'm very confident that there's things out there that have not been created by mankind." The congresswoman critiqued the intelligence community for gatekeeping information relating to UAPs. "We know the U.S. government has not exactly been clean in a lot of what they've done with the American people, specifically to the topic of UFOs." Luna added there is a "protective complex" from authorities, who believe the American people may not be able to handle the realities of the truth.

Matthew Brown, who claims the Pentagon has a secret program to collect footage of UFOs, is the first of several whistleblowers who will soon come forward to release new information about unexplained technology, podcaster and journalist Jeremy Corbell says. Brown, a former national security professional, appeared this week on Corbell and George Knapp's "Weaponized" podcast to say the Defense Department has covertly amassed an archive of UFO videos and pictures from military sources under a program called "Immaculate Constellation." Secure government servers purportedly contain UFO images and lengthy clips the public has not seen. Brown says the objects he saw in the videos aren't necessarily extraterrestrial or nonhuman, but he described them as "exotic and unexplainable" and beyond conventional technology. "We are talking thousands of videos and photos ... that the American public hasn't seen of these advanced craft we call UAP that are of unknown origin," Corbell said. Corbell said he hopes Brown will be allowed to testify before Congress about what he discovered. In the meantime, the podcaster said, he and Knapp have already interviewed several other whistleblowers who have new information about the craft. "We have already recorded with other firsthand whistleblowers that we have yet to release. So, I can promise you, people are coming forward, an army of people are coming forward," he said.

A former NASA flight surgeon has spoken out for the first time about a classified sighting he claims to have witnessed more than 30 years ago. Dr. Gregory Rogers, who served as NASA's Chief Flight Surgeon and a U.S. Air Force major, revealed to the Daily Mail that in 1992 he viewed security footage of what he described as a 20-foot "flying saucer" inside a Cape Canaveral hangar. Rogers said he kept quiet for over three decades but decided to come forward following his recent retirement from the Department of Defense. He said the craft he observed appeared seamless, with no visible rivets or seams. He was shown the footage by another Air Force major who approached him unprompted. The major locked a room and displayed a video feed showing the saucer-shaped object levitating. The craft was surrounded by personnel in lab coats and hazmat suits. The craft tilted in a way that indicated it did not rely on traditional propulsion methods, as there were no visible jets or propellers. "All of a sudden it just lifted up, as smooth as could be," Rogers said. "It rotated clockwise, then counterclockwise, and tilted 45 degrees while hovering." The vehicle bore "U.S. Air Force" markings, which Rogers found startling. "I'm thinking, this is ours? Someone had to design and manufacture the vehicle I saw on that video." Now retired, Rogers has joined the board of the International UFO Bureau (IUFOB), a nonprofit that investigates unidentified aerial phenomena.

The US has been accused of hiding evidence of UFOs from the public during a bipartisan congressional hearing on Thursday (May 1). A number of experts spoke to government officials ... at the briefing on unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) - as it is becoming more commonly referred to these days - about the possibility of alien life. The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability ... held the event called 'Understanding UAP: Science, National Security & Innovation.' Scientists told the members of Congress that they required a bigger part in the role of investigating UAPs and other unexplained phenomena. Key speakers included former Pentagon official turned UAP whistleblower Luis Elizondo and Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb. Research physicist Dr Eric Davis said the US government has been operating a secret program recovering crashed UFOs since the 1950s when Dwight Eisenhower was president. Dr Davis worked as a subcontractor and then a consultant for the Pentagon UFO program since 2007. He claimed that the program began after the discovery of a crashed UAP in 1944. Since then he said that a lot of the technology recovered over the years from these wreckages have been secretly moved to Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio, without any congressional oversight or approval. He once concluded that "we couldn't make it ourselves" after seeing some of of the recovered materials himself.
Note: A 2019 leak revealed a top secret conversation in 2002 between astrophysicist and consultant for the Pentagon UFO program Dr. Eric Davis and Director of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Admiral Thomas R. Wilson. They discuss the existence of deeply classified black budget programs dealing with technology of non-human origin. A declassified Cold War-era file from the CIA has gone viral over its coverage of a supposed clash between Soviet soldiers and a UFO. Following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, the CIA acquired a 250-page KGB report recounting the events that transpired after a platoon fired at a flying saucer over Ukraine. The report included eyewitness accounts and pictures of the aftermath. The report claims Soviets conducting a training exercise in Ukraine spotted a "low-flying spaceship in the shape of a saucer" soaring above their heads. During the encounter, one of the Soviets fired a surface-to-air missile, which struck the UFO and sent it crashing to the ground. "It fell to Earth not far away, and five short humanoids with â€large heads and large black eyes' emerged from it," the report claims. After escaping the debris of their ruined ship, the beings huddled together and "merged into a single object that acquired a spherical shape," the surviving soldiers recalled. "In a few seconds, the spheres grew much bigger and exploded by flaring up with an extremely bright light. At that very instant, 23 soldiers who had watched the phenomenon turned into ... stone poles," the report states. "Only two soldiers who stood in the shade and were less exposed to the luminous explosion survived," it added. The KGB allegedly took custody of the "petrified soldiers" and the ruined spacecraft, which were transported to a secret base near Moscow.

UFOs are swarming Earth's skies and demonstrating capabilities so astonishing that they must represent technologies that are advanced beyond any available on Earth. Claims of mysterious trespassers in American airspace are taken very seriously by the U.S. government for reasons of national security. That's why, at Congress's behest, the U.S. Department of Defense established its All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) in July 2022. This office investigates reports of UFOs under the more generic rebranding of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs). AARO's work, however, isn't really about chasing down extraterrestrial invaders so much as it involves standardizing reporting methods, curating and analyzing datasets and assessing possible threats posed by UAPs. AARO has reportedly deployed the Gremlin System–a multisensor networked system for detecting, tracking and characterizing UAPs–in an undisclosed location. What is the status of this project? "Gremlin is envisioned to be a test bed for sensor evaluations and sensor fusion," [said AARO director Jon Kosloski]. "We expect it to be a "living" system, always evolving. We will be swapping in and out new sensors and algorithms for various approaches. We want to document what we learn and share that with the public and other organizations inside the government. The hope is they can take what we have learned and replicate that."

For decades, reports of unidentified craft, usually airborne, often over sensitive military and nuclear facilities across the United States (and around the world) have bedeviled officials. The recent drone incursions over military installations in New Jersey, Virginia, and other locations highlight the problem. To date, the Pentagon says it does not know who is controlling these objects. We do not from where they are being launched or on whose behalf. More worryingly, there appears to be a "capability gap" between what our drones can do and what these still-unidentified objects can do. David Grusch, a former high-ranking intelligence official with the National Geospace-Intelligence Agency ... asserts the US government is in possession of an unknown number of crashed and retrieved extraterrestrial craft, including "nonhuman biologics." According to a 2024 Yougov poll, "60% of Americans believe the U.S. government is concealing information about Unidentified Flying Objects." In 2024, Sens. Schumer and Rounds introduced the "UAP Disclosure Act," which would have mandated the release of nearly all relevant classified materials. When introducing the legislation, Schumer said, "The American public has a right to learn about technologies of unknown origins, non-human intelligence, and unexplainable phenomena." The bill, perhaps unsurprisingly, failed to make it out of Committee.

Dave Crete adds another name to a growing memorial list, now more than 400 in total – men and women he says he served with on a secretive range in the Nevada desert that encompasses Area 51. Crete and his fellow veterans were hand-picked and tasked with top-secret work. They couldn't even tell their wives what they did every day. Many are developing serious health issues, multiple tumors and, in too many cases, deadly cancers. A group of these veterans are exclusively telling NewsNation's Natasha Zouves that they are unable to get the care and benefits they need because the Department of Defense refuses to acknowledge they were ever stationed in the desert. The DOD records sent to Veterans Affairs lists the same two words between asterisks in black and white: "DATA MASKED." "They keep us classified to protect themselves," said Crete. A 2016 reunion barbecue at Crete's Las Vegas home was supposed to be a chance for Air Force buddies to reminisce. The veterans discovered that out of the eight men sitting around that circle, six of them had developed tumors. The seventh man said, "I don't have any, but my son was born with one." "There was an issue where we were. That's the one common denominator. We were all there," said Groves. "There" was the Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR), an area encompassing the infamous Area 51. Nuclear weapons tests were conducted in the area ... from the 1950s to the early 1990s.

In October 2024, an unknown man stepped out of the shadows, arriving in our nation's capital to deliver an important message about what the public calls "UFOs" and what the government calls "UAPs," or unidentified aerial phenomena. His name is Jacob Barber, and he says for the past 30 years, he's worked in both an official and unofficial capacity for the United States government and its partners in the intelligence community. Barber ... says he was part of that covert program that worked with alien spacecraft for years. NewsNation checked Barber's records and confirmed that he was an airman in the U.S. Air Force who worked as an aerospace mechanic in the late 1990s. He was also recruited into Air Force Special Operations. Barber said his team recovered "things that were exotic in nature." "I was a helicopter pilot, and I operate with a 150-to-200-foot-long line. So, I got within 150 feet of this object," he said. That's when he saw it. "I saw an egg, a white egg," he said. "There was no engine. There was no thermal signature. I was operating at night when I finally came in to pick it up. So, I'm working under night vision goggles at the time, and it was quite clear. I flipped them up, flipped them down and looked at it a couple of different ways." Barber said the "metallic, pearly white" object was about the size of an SUV. "I can tell you that the reaction by my team ... we all knew we were dealing with something extraordinary," he said.

American officials are apoplectic about alleged mystery drones flying over the United States. Last Thursday, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy sent a letter to President Joe Biden, expressing "growing concern" about the drones and seeking federal help "to fully understand what is behind this activity." After beginning in New Jersey, drone hysteria is spreading like wildfire. The widespread anxiety ... about living beneath potentially malign mystery drones is striking, given America's proclivity for employing drones to spy on people across the world without their consent – and, in many cases, kill them. "After decades of the U.S. government flying armed military drones over cities and villages around the world, Americans are finally seeing how uncomfortable it is to have unknown aircraft buzzing overhead," said Erik Sperling of Just Foreign Policy, an advocacy group. "Even when drones are not killing people, it shouldn't be hard to imagine that having an unknown aircraft hovering above your head is not something most people are comfortable with." Populations subjected to constant drone activity report "exaggerated startle responses, fleeing indoors and hiding when seeing or hearing drones, fainting, poor appetite, psychosomatic symptoms, insomnia, and startled awakening at night with hallucinations about drones," according to a 2017 study. The psychological toll exists even when the perceived threat is merely aerial surveillance from on high.
